
It’s been a long and busy week since Part 2 of the series came up, and I do apologize for taking so long to update. So let’s get on to the remaining Hogwarts houses without further delay, the houses of Hufflepuff and Slytherin. I fully recommend reading Part 2 before this one in case you haven’t, since it outlines the parameters used for the results in this post.
Hufflepuff
Hufflepuffs are the kind, noble people of the Harry Potter universe. The books describe Hufflepuff as “[the house] where they are just and loyal; those patient Hufflepuffs are true, and unafraid of toil”. Founded by Helga Hufflepuff, the house of yellow and black has a badger as their animal, and places emphasis on hard work, patience, loyalty, and fair play.
No questions here about the people in this house – Hufflepuffs are the kind of people who are, well, kind. Save a few rare exceptions, you shouldn’t ever be screwed over by a Hufflepuff, since they are most likely to be the people who will jump up in your defense should anyone be screwing you over. Hufflepuffs are loyal friends for life, sticking through thick and thin, who do not falter in the face of adversity when their affections are involved.
